Set up Template for Invoices

The template refers to the template of:

• Individual invoice (Invoice issued right after purchasing or auto-top-up)
• Monthly Invoice (Monthly statement of usage, purchase and credit balance)
• Credit Note (Refund invoices, cancel subscriptions)
