Quickly check pricing

In order to check the price, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Price List app
   • 
2. Choose the Price List tab
3. Select Products:
   • Filter by types
   • Filter by Name or ID

Filter by types

• App: the applications, e.g. SIP, Direct Line,...
• Number
• Telecom: usage charge, including call, SMS, and fax rate (both incoming and outgoing)
• Hardware: phone or network devices
• Service: one-time charge service, e.g. Admin fee, Porting fee, Engineering service fee, Delivery charge...

   

Find by Product name or Product ID

Product name and ID can be found at Product app:

   

4. Click Next
