Early Access

Release Candidate is a channel that is ready to release for early candidates to opt-in for testing and approving purposes.
This tab allows you to control and manage the group of organizations that like to test the early release version of the products or services

Opt-in​

In order to do opt-in, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Release V2 app, choose the Early Access tab
  2. Click the Opt In button
  3. Select:
    • App
    • Organization(s)
  4. Opt in

Opt-out​

If your customers don't want to try this channel anymore, you can opt out for them to experience the stable version.

In order to do opt-out, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Release V2 app, choose the Early Access tab
  2. Choose the app that you would like to opt-out
  3. Select one of the below methods:

Single organization​

  1. Click on the 3-dots icon, choose Change Opted-in Organizations
  2. Select the X icon behind the Organization that you want to opt-out
  3. Save

   

All organizations​

  1. Click on the 3-dots icon, choose Opt out
  2. Confirm

   

View Releases History​

In order to view the history, click on the 3-dots icon, choose View Releases History.
