Introduction
This new feature allows our Partners to manage their own domain Sender ID Whitelist & Blacklist database.
Logic
This feature supports the following SMS Sender ID logic:
- If Sender ID is whitelisted in the organization (submitted to B3Networks), included in Domain Whitelist & excluded from Domain Blacklist >>> SEND
- Else >>> REJECT
File format: The file only needs Sender IDs (header doesn't need to be included)
File type: CSV
File Template:
country_code | location | sender | Note |
---|---|---|---|
* | Other Countries | .+ | Rule “.+” means allow all Sender ID. |
+65 | Singapore | Singapore IMDA Whitelist |
Configuration
Domain Black List
### Domain White List
Note:
- Partner can upload Sender ID Whitelist/Blacklist for a specific country.
- Partner can upload Sender ID Whitelist/Blacklist for Other countries (*). This list will apply to the rest of countries except the country/countries that already have a Whitelist/Blacklist assigned to them.
- Regarding SMS Sender ID logic, each domain needs to have a Domain Whitelist, so that the Customer can send SMS.
- Only Owner of the Admin Organization account can lock/unlock a list.
- When a list is unlocked: only Owner can lock the list. Admins/Members can upload and delete the list.
- When a list is locked: only Owner can unlock, upload and delete the list. Rest of the users cannot perform any action

When uploading sender whitelist / blacklist, user can choose the option to ‘’Block/Allow all sender IDs’.
After the list is uploaded successfully, column Total will display symbol “ * “.
Reports for Allow/Block all sender IDs cannot be download and the download button will become disabled.
