Organization Whitelist

Overview​

The Organization Whitelist tab is designed to support the management of Sender IDs at the organizational level. This tab allows users to upload and manage their Sender ID whitelist efficiently.

Configuration​

  • Go to the Admin org
  • Go to SMS Gateway
  • Select the Organization Whitelist tab
  • Input the organization name or UUID in the Search field
  • Click Add Sender
  • Select Country (* = All Countries)
  • Input Sender ID and click on Add (You can also check the box for “Allow all sender IDs”)
  • Click Save

View / Edit / Revoke Sender IDs​

  • Click the (👁️) icon to view and edit the Sender ID list
  • Click the trash icon to revoke all Sender IDs in the list
