Add Customized Products to the Store

If you want to add your own products (hardware and services) to the store, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Product app > Selling products > Create​

   

2. Fill in the info to create a new product​

 

  • Select Type(Hardware or Service)
  • Product name
  • Product description (if any)
  • Publish to Store if you want. Otherwise, toggle it off.
  • Upload a Logo and Images to illustrate your products (image size is less than 5Mb)
  • Save

   

3. Confirm Variant​

Click Yes to create a Variant for the product (e.g. Porting fee):

   

4. Fill in the infor for the Variant​

  • Name
  • Description (optional)
  • Invoice Text (define how it is displayed in the invoice sent to customers)
  • Publish to Store
  • Allow Trialor not
  • Allow using for Demo Account or not
  • ConfigureTax in specific countries
  • Save

   

5. Confirm Sale Model​

ClickYes to create Sale model - how the Variant should be charged:

   

Set up Price​

  • Choose a Model Type:
    • One-Off
    • Subscription
  • Set up a Price > Save
