Verify Your Account By Myinfo

If you already have a MyInfo account, you are able to self-service the verification process on the portal.

In order to verify your account, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Profile icon
  2. Go to Manage Organization
  3. Select the Digital Identity tab
  4. Choose the appropriate method:
    1. SingPass - Personal account
    2. CorpPass - Company account
  5. Follow the below instruction for verifying

For Personal Account​

1. Choose SingPass option​

  1. You will be diverted to the SingPass link
  2. Insert your SingPass ID & Password or scan QR code to log in

   

2. Key in your OTP​

   

3. Choose Continue​

   

4. Select I Agree​

   

4. Select I Agree​

   

5. Complete the process​

   

6. Go back to the portal, you will see your information is verified​

     

For Company Account​

1. Choose CorpPass option​

  1. You will be diverted to the CorpPass link
  2. Insert your UEN ID, CORPPASS ID, and Password to log in

   

2. The next verification process will be the same as the SingPass process above​
