Change User Role

Note:

Only the Owner can change role for members in the Organization.

 

To change the role of a user, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Profile icon
  2. Go toManage Organization
  3. Select Members tab
  4. Choose a particular member
  5. Select the Account Infotab
  6. Click Change to update the role
  7. Update

  To transfer the ownership of an organization, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Manage Organization
  2. Choose Member tab
  3. Hover over the user and click the Pencil icon
  4. On the Transfer Ownership section, click Transfer button
  5. Click Cancel / Transfer to keep or transfer the ownership

Note

After the transfer, the Owner will be changed to a Member role.
