Blacklist

In this tab, you can Block email, number or IP addresses from contacting your Omnichannel. 

Only owner and admin with Phone System permission having Phone System + Contact Center license can do configuration.

How to configure:

  • Go to Phone System
  • Select System view
  • Select Omnichannel
  • Go to Blacklist tab
  • Click on Add button
  • Select Email/Phone number/IP address
  • Input email/phone number/IP address
  • Select Channel type: Live chat / Whatsapp
  • Input the Reason to block (optional)
    • Note: Max 250 characters are allowed
  • Click Add

Block = Phone number, Email

  • When a blocked visitor attempts to contact the organization, display the Welcome for blocked contacts.
  • Prevent blocked visitors from reaching any inbox.

Block = IP Address

  • Prevent the chat widget from loading on the website for blacklisted visitors.

For Whatsapp channel type, only block by phone number is supported.
