Can I give trial to my customer? How to do that?

Yes, you can. A trial subscription can be given to all customers, totally free.

Notes:​

  • Each account can only have one time trial per application. For example, you cannot offer 2 trial Call Recording subscriptions in one account.
  • Although Subscription and Numberare free of charge during the trial time, the Number Activation Fee and Usage Fee (e.g: call, SMS, fax,...) will still be charged as usual.

 

Instruction:​

  1. Go to Portal Settingsapp > Portal Config> Subscription Policy > Enable Allow Trial:
  2. Follow the purchase subscription flow
  3. At Free Trial, turn the toggle on. The purchase amount should be $0.
  4. Complete Order
