Call Command Buttons:​

  • Call Status:
    • Connecting - b3works is establishing the call.
  • Contact Name/Dialed Number: If the dialed number is saved in the Contacts, the saved contact name will appear on the screen. Otherwise, it will show the dialed number.
  • **Current Call Duration:**Shows the duration of the ongoing call.
  • **Hold Button:**Press to put the current call on Hold.
  • **Mute Button:**Press to put the user/agent on Mute.
  • **Dialpad Button:**Press to initiate a Call Transfer.
  • **End Button:**Press to Disconnect the call.
