3-way Conference Call

Overview

3-Way Conference Call feature lets users talk with 2 different participants at the same time while using b3works app.

In order to make a 3-way conference call, please follow the steps below:

Step 1

1. Call the first phone number.
2. Wait for the person to answer.
3. Click on Options> chooseAdd Participant

   

Step 2

Call the second person. There are 3 options to select:

• Call other Extension within your organization.
• Call a number from your Contact
• Call other Phone Number

   

Step 3

If you want to remove one of the attendees:

• Go to Options
• Remove
