Inbound Call

You can configureyour inbound callsettings in different scenarios:

  • Working Hours:
    • Available
    • Busy
    • Away
    • Offline
  • Non-working Hours
  • Public Holidays

Note:

The Working and Non-Working Hours are configured in the Working Hours tab.
The Public Holidays are set by the Admins.

Please Note:

  • Limitation for the number of characters for TTS message are 2000 characters
  • Error will only appear on the UI when users enter more characters than the limit.
  • Apply button will be disabled when the character limit is exceeded.

 

Working Hours:

1. Available:

When calls come in during working hours and you are available, the following options can be configured:

  1. Ring Devices: ring your available devices
  2. Ring Delegates: forward all incoming calls to your delegates.
  3. Forward Calls: forward all incoming calls to your forwarding list.

2. Busy:

Configure the trigger action for your Busy Flow:

  • Hang Up
  • Ring Devices
  • Ring Delegates
  • Forward Calls
  • Play Message
    • Upload MP3 file
      • File size: Maximum 5Mb
    • TTS (text-to-speech):
      • Message box: Limited to 450 characters
      • Languages: Multiple languages and accent options
      • Pitch: From 0 (lowest) to 9 (highest).
      • Speech rate: From 0 (slowest) to 9 (fastest)
      • Gender of the voice
  • Record Voicemail
    • Email address
    • Message
    • Limitation: 1 minute/voicemail

   

3. Away:

Configure the trigger action for your Away Flow:

  • Hang Up
  • Ring Devices
  • Ring Delegates
  • Forward Calls
  • Play Message
    • Upload MP3 file
      • File size: Maximum 5Mb
    • TTS (text-to-speech):
      • Message box: Limited to 450 characters
      • Languages: Multiple languages and accent options
      • Pitch: From 0 (lowest) to 9 (highest).
      • Speech rate: From 0 (slowest) to 9 (fastest)
      • Gender of the voice
  • Record Voicemail
    • Email address
    • Message
    • Limitation: 1 minute/voicemail

   

4. Offline

Configure the trigger action for your Offline Flow:

  • Hang Up
  • Ring Devices
  • Ring Delegates
  • Forward Calls
  • Play Message
    • Upload MP3 file
      • File size: Maximum 5Mb
    • TTS (text-to-speech):
      • Message box: Limited to 450 characters
      • Languages: Multiple languages and accent options
      • Pitch: From 0 (lowest) to 9 (highest).
      • Speech rate: From 0 (slowest) to 9 (fastest)
      • Gender of the voice
  • Record Voicemail
    • Email address
    • Message

Non-working Hours:

When calls come in during your non-working hours, you can trigger Non-working Hours Flow with the following actions.

Trigger actions:

  • Hang Up
  • Ring Devices
  • Ring Delegates
  • Forward Calls
  • Play Message
    • Upload MP3 file
      • File size: Maximum 5Mb
    • TTS (text-to-speech):
      • Message box: Limited to 450 characters
      • Languages: Multiple languages and accent options
      • Pitch: From 0 (lowest) to 9 (highest).
      • Speech rate: From 0 (slowest) to 9 (fastest)
      • Gender of the voice
  • Record Voicemail
    • Email address
    • Message

Public Holidays:

When calls come in during your public holidays, you can trigger Public Holidays Flow with the following actions.

Trigger actions:

  • Hang Up
  • Ring Devices
  • Ring Delegates
  • Forward Calls
  • Play Message
    • Upload MP3 file
      • File size: Maximum 5Mb
    • TTS (text-to-speech):
      • Message box: Limited to 450 characters
