Overview

The Overview tab gives the basic information of the current User’s settings as well as their current status. 

Directory Name, Extension Number & Assigned Numbers​

These information are managed in the Licenses tab by the Owner/Admins.

   

User Status​

The user will have the following options:

  • Available
  • Busy
  • Do Not Disturb
  • Offline

In order to change the status, please follow the steps below:

  • Go to the Home page
  • Click on the Status and change it.

   

Current work status​

It is displayed based on the User’s Working Hours.

   

Current inbound call actions​

It is displayed based on the User’s Inbound Call.
