TXN UUIDTransaction UUID of the callback call
Incoming TXN UUIDTransaction UUID of the original customer's call
Incoming Caller IDCustomer's number
Contact NumberThe number that the customer has left for a callback request
InboxThe inbox handles the callback request
Registered AtThe timestamp when a callback leaves successfully
Queued DurationThe duration from when a callback leaves successfully until the callback is triggered
StateQueueing: The request has been placed in queue and will be processed as soon as an agent is available - Talking: Agent and Customer are talking
