The board will indicate the following details:

  • Agent Name
  • Status
    • Remark of status Busy
  • Start time and end time of a status
  • Duration
  • Update by:
    • System
    • Supervisor

There are 2 views:

  • Summary
  • Log

Summary details include:

  • User Status
  • State
  • Duration - The total time that the agent sticks to this status.
  • Available
  • Away
  • Busy
  • Offline

Log details include:

  • User
  • Status
  • Remarks - When the agent changes their Status to Busy, this reflects the Reason selected for the action.
  • From
  • To
  • Duration - The total time that the agent sticks to this status.
  • Updated by - System or Supervisor
