- Duration - The total time that the agent sticks to this status.

Log details include:

- Remarks - When the agent changes their Status to Busy, this reflects the Reason selected for the action.
- From
- To
- Duration - The total time that the agent sticks to this status.
- Updated by - System or Supervisor
