Overview

The Overview tab provides the basic information of the current Users’ settings as well as their status. 

• Directory Name, Extension Number & Assigned Numbers are managed in the Licenses tab.
• Current user statusis changed by the End-users in Unified Workspace.
• Current work status is displayed based on Users’ Working Hours.
• Current inbound call actions is displayed based on Users’ Inbound Call.
