Introduction

Gathers the input through the DTMF signal.

Configuration

In order to configure this action, follow the steps below:

1. Click the (+) icon, choose to Gather Input
2. Configure input parameters:
   • Message to Play:
     • Upload Audio File:
       • MP3 file
       • Maximum size of 5MB
     • Text-to-speech:
       • Language
       • Pitch (optional)
       • Rate (optional)
   • Maximum Digits Allowed:
     • Only accept predefined inputs (optional)
       • Acceptable Inputs
       • Maximum Numbers of Retries
