Action - Transfer to other Flows

Introduction

This action allows you to trigger a pre-created Subroutine.

REQUIRED INPUT

• Subroutine input: Input needed to be passed into this subroutine when triggered

OUTPUT

• Subroutine output: Output of this subroutine that has been predefined in the subroutine flow.

Type

There are 2 types of Subroutine:

1. Handle ongoing transaction

• Active when you tick the [Handle ongoing transaction] box.
• Compatible with the following events:
  • API - Incoming Call
  • Incoming Call to Phone Numbers
  • Missed Call

2. Non-handle ongoing transaction

• Inactive when you do not tick the [Handle ongoing transaction] box.
• Compatible with the following events:
  • API - General Purpose
  • API - Outgoing Call
  • Automated Cron Trigger
  • Call Detail Updated
  • Call Ended

Configuration

In order to configure this action, follow the steps below:

1. Create a Project
2. Create and Deploy the Subroutine(s)
3. Create the main Event
4. Click the (+) icon, choose to Transfer to other Flows action
5. Select a Subroutine
